Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Contact our support with your order number to get return authorization. Buyer covers return shipping cost except for defective or wrong‑sent items.
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing may take 10-30 business days.
Final‑sale items cannot be returned. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
